A DISABLED pensioner was battered unconscious with a brick after he went to confront a gang of stone-throwing teenagers.Ray Mills, aged 73, took on the 10-strong crowd outside his Birmingham home and was knocked to the floor by one of them.
The retired welder, who walks on crutches, is waiting for tests on his eye to see whether his sight has been damaged and has undergone brain scans in hospital.
As he recovered at his Stechford Road home today, he condemned the thugs and said: “I’m in terrible pain.”
He hoped that the shocking pictures of his injuries would strike the conscience of the hooligans – understood to include both boys and girls – and result in them contacting police.
Police are said to be looking for a large gang described as “Asian” - a description we consider to be derogatory towards generally law-abiding groups such as Sikhs and Hindus. Why the police choose to use the generic term “Asian”, when they know exactly the ethnicity of the thugs involved, is a matter to be deplored - yet demonstrates another symptom of the political correctness imposed upon society by the Lib-Lab-Con axis-of-deceit.
In addition, this latest attack bears many similarities to a fatal assault upon a lone Bradford pensioner, by a Muslim gang, only last year.

As an aside – notice how neither the police nor media label the assault as “racist” – something they would automatically had done had the victim been Muslim, for instance, and the assailants native Britons.
Furthermore, we invite readers to contrast the mute response of the West Midlands Police, over this murderous assault upon an elderly native Briton, with the many vocal comments made by Devon and Cornwall Police over the daubing of an Islamic owned property near Truro.
Clearly, double standards are very much in play.
Such is the “enrichment” inflicted upon us by the Lib-Lab-Con EU-collaborationist regime and enforced by career-mindful, politically correct police chiefs, possible sharing a common purpose.
