Although this guy must be assumed innocent, until a jury finds him guilty, the BBC and the rest of the media defiantly are guilty. They throw muck at the British National Party every possible chance they get, almost always despite the facts. Remember the schizophrenic John Laidlaw, he had no connection what so ever with the British National Party, the media took every possible chance to show a none existent connection between the two.
Mind you I suppose you have to ask yourself if a Labour party councillor being accused of a serious criminal offences, really is news worthy these days. It may well be that the media just see this as an every day occurrence these days.
